Top-To-Bottom Deluxe Clean

We recommend our Top to Bottom Deluxe Clean for seasonal cleanings or as an initial cleaning when you opt for our recurring cleaning services. Everything will be cleaned by hand with high focus on removing build-up.

Our Deluxe Clean includes the General Cleaning list items plus the following:

  • Ceiling fan blades within reach* (hand washed or wiped)

  • Light fixtures hand (hand washed or wiped)

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Blinds/Shutters** (dusted/vacuumed, not washed)

  • Moldings & woodwork, windowsills & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)

  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable without moving furniture)

  • Pictures & knickknacks (hand wiped)

  • Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)

  • Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)

  • Outside of all appliances cleaned/inside microwave

  • Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed

  • All cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)

  • Vacant homes: drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets (hand washed or wiped)

*We do not climb higher than a 3-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

** We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require a professional mini-blind cleaning service. Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

Our General Cleaning is the best way to maintain your home! If your home has not been professionally cleaned recently, we recommend our Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Clean for your first cleaning and then continue your recurring cleaning service with our General Cleaning.
